Welcome to Wondr! We’re glad you’re here. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how you can use the Wondr website, design studio, and related services (the “Service”), and what you can expect from us. By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Throughout these Terms, “Wondr”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to the Service and its operator, and “you” refers to you, the person using it.

1. Who Can Use Wondr

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 17, please make sure a parent or legal guardian has given you permission.

We do not knowingly allow accounts for anyone under 13.

2. Your Account

You sign in to Wondr with your Google account. Your account is personal to you, and we ask that you:

use your own Google account
keep your account for your own use and not share it with others
stay signed in on one device at a time (one active login per account)
keep your Google account secure, since activity on your account is your responsibility

3. Plans at a Glance

Wondr is a paid design studio, and every plan includes full access to the studio’s design features. We offer two plans, described in Sections 4 and 5. Only one plan is available for purchase at a time.

Founding Member: one payment, lifetime access, 20 background-removal credits per day
Monthly Subscriber: one payment per month, 50 background-removal credits per day

4. Founding Member Plan

The Founding Member plan is our thank-you to the people who support Wondr from the very beginning.

Access

lifetime access to the Wondr studio, for as long as Wondr is operated
full access to all design features, templates, and content available in the studio
a Founding Member badge displayed in your Wondr account

Payment

a single one-time payment; there are no recurring charges
available to the first 100 Founding Members only

Background-Removal Credits

20 credits per day, refreshed daily (see Section 6)

Founding Members receive a smaller daily credit allowance than Monthly Subscribers. Founding Members pay once for permanent access, while Monthly Subscribers pay for each month of access, and the higher daily allowance reflects that ongoing payment.

5. Monthly Subscriber Plan

The Monthly Subscriber plan gives you full access to Wondr one month at a time.

Access

full access to all design features, templates, and content available in the studio

Payment

a one-time payment for each month; your plan does not renew automatically, so you are never charged unless you choose to buy another month
a new month can be purchased once your current month has ended
offered once Founding Member seats are no longer available

Background-Removal Credits

50 credits per day, refreshed daily (see Section 6)

6. Background-Removal Credits

Background removal is the one feature that uses credits; everything else in the studio is included with your plan. Both background-removal tools, “Soft edge” and “Hard edge”, share the same daily allowance.

Daily Allowance

Founding Member: 20 credits per day
Monthly Subscriber: 50 credits per day

Cost per Removal

Each removal uses credits based on the longest side of the image:

up to 1024 px: 1 credit
up to 2048 px: 2 credits
up to 4096 px: 4 credits
images larger than 4096 px need to be resized before removal

How Credits Work

credits are used only when a removal is completed successfully
your allowance refreshes every day at 00:00 UTC
unused credits do not carry over to the next day
if you use all of your credits, background removal becomes available again at the next refresh, and the rest of the studio stays fully available
credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged

7. Payments, Pricing & Refunds

payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider; we never see or store your card number
prices are shown in US dollars and may vary by country; your country is estimated from your IP address when you visit the billing page
your access begins right after your payment is confirmed
if a payment is reversed, disputed, or charged back, we may suspend the related account

Refunds

Your access to the studio, its resources, and your daily credits are provided the moment your payment is confirmed, and the resources used to provide them cannot be returned. For this reason, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including purchases made by mistake and duplicate purchases, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you would normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because Wondr provides digital access immediately, by completing your purchase you expressly request that your access begins right away, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once your access has started.

8. When a Monthly Plan Ends

When your month ends and you have not purchased another one:

the studio is locked until you purchase a new plan
cloud saving stops, and your last saved design is kept safely in your account
you can download your last saved design as a Wondr file (.wdr) from the notice shown in the studio, or email support@createwondr.io and we will be happy to send it to you
Wondr files open in any Wondr account that has an active plan

9. Closing Your Account

You can ask us to deactivate or delete your account at any time by emailing support@createwondr.io. Please note:

account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
your account, your cloud save, and your access to the studio are removed, and any active plan ends
payments already made are not refunded, including for any remaining time on a Monthly plan or for a Founding Member plan

We recommend downloading your latest design before closing your account.

10. Your Designs

Everything you create with Wondr belongs to you. You keep full ownership of your designs (“User Content”), and we do not claim any rights over them.

We never use your designs to train AI models or to build datasets.

11. Templates & Content Library

Wondr includes templates, stock photos, fonts, graphics, patterns, and 3D models to help bring your ideas to life. Here is how each may be used.

Wondr Templates

you may customize templates and use them as the starting point for your designs
designs made from templates may be exported, shared, and distributed, for personal or commercial purposes
Wondr templates and Wondr files (.wdr) may only be opened and edited within Wondr; using any other software, tool, or service to open, read, decode, convert, or edit them is not permitted

Stock Photos (Pexels)

Stock photos are provided by Pexels and are governed by the Pexels license. In summary, you may use and modify them freely, with or without credit, but you may not:

show identifiable people in a bad light or in an offensive way
sell unaltered copies of a photo, such as prints or posters, without first modifying it
suggest that a person or brand in a photo endorses your product
redistribute or sell the photos on other stock photo or wallpaper platforms
use the photos as part of a trademark, business name, or service mark

Fonts, Graphics, Patterns & 3D Models

you may use them freely within your designs and in the files you export
they may not be extracted, exported, or redistributed on their own or in their original, unmodified form

12. Exported Works

Images, PDFs, and other files you export from Wondr are:

watermark-free
yours to use for personal or commercial purposes
downloaded directly to your device

Wondr files (.wdr) are encrypted to protect your work, and they open in Wondr with any account that has an active plan.

13. Cloud Autosave

While you work in the studio with an active plan, Wondr automatically saves your current design to your private cloud save, so you can pick up right where you left off.

each account has one cloud save, which always holds your most recent work
each new save replaces the previous one; earlier versions are not kept
if Wondr is open in more than one place, the most recent save is the one kept
autosave may occasionally be interrupted, for example by connection problems or browser settings

We recommend exporting your important work regularly so you always have your own copy.

14. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

To keep Wondr fair, secure, and sustainable for everyone, you agree not to:

share, lend, resell, or transfer your account or access to others
sign in on more than one device at a time
bypass, manipulate, or abuse access checks, credit limits, pricing, or payment systems
copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, decrypt, or tamper with the Service, Wondr files, or templates
create, use, or distribute any tool that opens, reads, converts, or edits Wondr files or templates outside of Wondr
use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or extract content from the Service
upload illegal, harmful, or malicious content, including altered or tampered Wondr files
interfere with the Service’s performance, security, or other users
break any applicable law

15. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or permanently close an account, without refund, if we find:

account sharing, resale, or simultaneous logins on multiple devices
payment fraud, disputes, or chargebacks
abuse of credits, pricing, or security systems
unauthorized access to, or distribution of, Wondr files or templates
any other serious or repeated violation of these Terms

You are free to stop using the Service at any time.

16. Browser & Device Compatibility

Wondr works in most modern web browsers and is best enjoyed on a desktop or laptop computer. Because browsers differ, some parts of the interface may look or behave slightly differently from one browser to another. On smaller screens such as phones, some features may be limited. We are continually improving compatibility across browsers and devices.

17. Third-Party Services & Notices

Wondr is built with the help of trusted service providers, including Google (sign-in and fonts), Supabase (accounts, storage, and server functions), a payment provider (payments), Pexels (stock photos), Google Cloud (background removal), and GitHub Pages (website hosting). Features provided by these services may also be subject to their own terms.

Background removal (Soft edge) is powered by the withoutBG Open Model. Built with DINOv3.

18. Changes to Plans, Features & Pricing

Wondr is growing, and we are always working to make it better. As the Service evolves, we may add, change, or remove features, content, credit allowances, credit costs, plans, and prices. Price changes apply to future purchases only. We will communicate significant changes clearly, and Founding Members keep lifetime access for as long as Wondr is operated.

19. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep Wondr reliable, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We cannot guarantee:

uninterrupted or error-free operation
that autosave will always capture your latest work
that your cloud save or browser data will always be recoverable

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wondr is not liable for:

lost or overwritten designs, drafts, or files
unauthorized access resulting from your own actions
device failure, browser failure, or service outages
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
loss of earnings, data, or business opportunities

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose or the price of the plan you purchased.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and let you know about significant changes. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
